What if the Item Purchased is Faulty?
Ghulam Hassan2016-10-28T03:53:06-04:00An item returned on the basis of a fault report has to be inspected by a technician to ascertain the reason of the fault. An assessment will be made to see whether if this account is eligible for a replacement item. If not, a credit arrangement will be made.
Please note, fault reports or returns based on customer negligence or Act of God will not be issued a replacement or refund.
